Your satisfaction is our priority! Here's a quick guide to our return and exchange policy:

 

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Uh-oh! Received the wrong parcel or a bummer of a damaged product? Let us know within 12 hours with some proof.
• Articles must be fresh as a daisy - no wear and tear, tags still intact, no matter if the product got dirty (just keep it safe from permanant damages)
• Got a change of heart or need to swap? You've got 48 hours to claim exchange products after delivery.

 

How Returns Work:

• Reach us at alistappreal@gmail.com to start the return process.
• Then follow the provided instructions for returning your items.
• Once we get your parcel back and give it the thumbs up, your refund will boogie its way back to you in 5-7 working days.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

• Customized or express stitching? Only refundable if we goofed up on our end!
• Just a heads up - shipping costs aren't coming back home with ya if you're exchanging or returning.

 

Refunds:

• Refunds are not standard but cancelations within a day maybe considered.
• Expect automatic refunds on your original payment method within 10 busines days.
• Reach us if it takes longer than 15 business days.
